No-show & late cancellation

Giving notice

To ensure fairness to our team and other clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

When you book, we securely save your card with our payment partner (Stripe). No money is taken at the time of booking unless your booking includes a concierge collection — in which case the concierge fee is charged up front, and the rest of the appointment falls under the policy below.

Fees

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment — no charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment — a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled appointment price may be charged to your card on file.
  • Missed appointments (no-shows) — a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled appointment price may be charged to your card on file.

We always try to fill your slot at short notice. If we manage to rebook the slot, your late-cancellation or no-show fee will be reduced or waived— we’ll only ever recover our actual loss.

By booking with Paws Pitstop, you agree to these terms and understand that this fee helps cover the time reserved exclusively for your dog.
